  1. Hello...

I don't suppose there is _any chance at all_ that an mp3 still exists somewhere for the following?

  5. Chip n Dale's Rescue Rangers T&C Surf Designs: Wood and Water Rage - it's really just one song, but I'd love to know who wrote it Godzilla - I know at least some of the soundtrack is from the movies, but is all of it? Easily one of the most underrated soundtracks on the NES. ?? Couldn't find any information at all on the internets, so I'm hoping one of you has some kind of insider knowledge Thanks in advance!
  6. So, I'm in love. I'm in love with an album. Alas, I have only ever heard it in mp3 form, leaving me in breathless anticipation of owning it on CD someday. However, I can't find it anywhere. Of course I'm referring to the Actraiser Symphonic Suite. I know it's out there. Do any of you folks actually have a copy? If you do, how much do you want for it?
  7. I'm just going to copy my review from another site. Some of the extra stuff will apply to here, some of it won't. Too lazy to change it any Linkin Park has always lived and died by the vocals of Chester Bennington. They have generally lived. This album, if nothing else, shows that he is hands down the most important member of this group. His vocal melodies are what got them famous, kept them famous, and now what's making this album so enjoyable for me. You can call this album poor till you're blue in the face, but at the very least you have to understand that Linkin Park has in fact progressed musically. They're doing things on this album that they've never even hinted at in the past. There are only a handful of tracks on here that call back to their past. Some examples of new things that Linkin Park try on this release: Even more use of keyboards/samples More use of 3/4 and 6/8 time signatures (only had one song in the past in 3/4) New sounds (there are claps and clicks and whistles and crowds of people and I think I hear a tambourine?) I heard they used some strange instruments on the album but I haven't really heard them yet The guitars are used in a completely different way than in the past i.e. there are actual guitar solos, there are melody lines for the guitars, sometimes they just sit in the back and play something subtle over top of the track More layered vocals and Mike Shinoda even sings on a track Less rapping (and the rapping that remains is very good) And that doesn't even matter. If they had released another new set of 12 nu-metal songs, I would have been fine with it, because Chester comes up with the catchiest vocal lines. I'm on my 14th listen through the album and I still like it more and more each time. Basically, I like every song on this album. I even love some of them. It's another very solid release by everyone's least favorite band. No matter what they do, people will hate them for being 'shallow', 'pop', 'manufactured', or whatever else satisfies that persons need to be underground or cool. But since looking for musical acceptance from people on the internet isn't on top of my list of priorities, I'm going to go ahead and give this a 4.5. Excellent album.
  8. Finally listened to this after seeing it on the front page every day for the past 800 years or so. I dunno, I thought the vocals could be louder during the verses. I have a hard time understanding what is being said without looking at the lyrics. Other than that, I like this a lot! The rapping is pretty decent and the beat is hot. Definetly a good addition to the site.
  9. Nickel Creek - The Lighthouse's Tale X Japan - Forever Love ??
  10. I'm from Pittsburgh and, though I'd be interested in a small meetup despite my lack of familiarity with other users in the area, I go to school in Erie and I'll be home one week prior to this and then back up here during that weekend. Also, if this is taking place at an anime convention, then I wouldn't be caught dead there
  11. I'm using my 30GB iPod Video more like a shuffle at the moment. No videos, and just random music that I can play for everyone on my design team. But I've got 13702 songs in my iTunes. That includes zero spcs, nsfs or anything of that sort. Just mp3s. 62.58GB
  12. That game rules. But yeah the surfing blew.
  13. I'm fairly certain that I'm the only person on Earth who LOVES Swingaway Golf for PS2. All other golf games for PS2 can get bent.
