  1. Hi everyone, First-timer here, I wanted to share this with you a long ago, now is the time.. This soundtrack/project is very special and dear to my heart about a game that I love so much: Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure ~Arranged Soundtrack~ Now remember, this game has no official Soundtrack, and that includes all versions (PC, SCD, SNES, GEN, JAG, etc...), my favorite is the SNES, followed closely by the Sega CD which is slightly a remix/high quality take on it It's not a Soundtrack that everyone remembers, for sure, it's not up there with the greatest or the most iconic OSTs, but, for some reason, I love it so much, that I was looking for the official release for years in vain, so I took upon myself, as a composer and a gamer, to create a real Soundtrack for the game, with modern instruments, longer arrangements, combining 2 versions, so basically Remixes! This playlist here contains the Super Mega Mix tracks that are a modern combination of the SNES versions with many elements from the amazing Sega CD/PC version, they are long on purpose I also did a "Making Of" documenting my story with the game and the creation of this Arranged Soundtrack, and a you can also find the SNES versions (shorter tracks based solely on the SNES soundtrack) all in my Youtube channel if you like Truly an underrated game and an underrated soundtrack for sure, that needs more love ! Thanks;
  2. I'm so bad at creating a topic and putting it in the right topic -- sorry if I messed up one more time :3 For all of you, Tomb Raider enthusiasts, Peter Connelly is starting a Kickstarter ! The goal ? Remaster, re-orchestrate and re-release the soundtracks of the games he worked on for all the fans of Lara Croft who are willing to give him a little help with his campaign ! Let's make this happen !
  3. This is a remix of "Cave 2" (Might and Magic 5: Dark side of Xeen). I originally did a similar mix for PRC. I switched the cowbells for bongos and added an Indian Raga drone in the background. I work hard on my remixes and like to make soundscapes with emphasis on melody, weird extra percussion, looping repetition, and slightly abrupt endings. Tell me what you guys think and how it can be improved. I may also put another mix on here later. Piece being remixed (for reference) Enjoy
  4. Hi, OC ReMix! This year, Lara Croft celebrates her 20th Birthday and, since the franchise only has one remix on OCR (the great 'Adventure Is in the Air' by EmptyMy), I thought it could be nice to offer the lady a second one just for the occasion. I actually started a piano arrangement of Peter Connelly's 'Theme' (from 'Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation') and was wondering if you guys could give me feedbacks so I can try to make it OCR worthy (if it is possible to ^^'). Bare in mind that the song was not humanized yet -- I'd like to have the whole composition right before I eventually start recording a real-life piano play. Original Version: Remix: I wouldn't mind collaborate with any of you if you think this WIP could actually fit another genre better -- like a rock ballad or somehting -- and would like to help with the transposition Thanks in advance and Happy New Year to you all!
  5. Hello, there! I'm working on a piano arrangement of Peter Connelly's 'Theme' from 'Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation' and, since I don't play piano, I was hoping I could find a pianist who'd like to work on it with me. Here's a demo of the mix: It's not perfect and needs few changes here and there to sound better (and playable too, perhaps XD). So if you'd like to help me arrange it, and eventually perform it, please contact me. You can find the MIDI file here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/rqsi6xni2ovdxwe/TR+WIP+-+Piano.mid This year celebrates the franchise' 20th Anniversary, so let's give the lady a great present for the occasion
