He has quite a few wips in the forum already. He is doing all he can to learn this stuff as quickly as possible, as we all are. There are ways to convey even the worst possible information in a way that makes the recipient feel supported. We should all learn this life skill. For example: "Your song needs some work here and there. Actually, you know what, it needs a lot of work. Take this crit seriously, but assume it's constructive and considerate because I'm just too tired to say nice words right now." = ironic, humorous.
