With something like that it's pretty unlikely that the police were wrong, but he's pleading not guilty... Well I guess you never know . I sincerely hope that it's not true, but the world is pretty messed up and I won't be shocked if it is. DusK Posted May 10, 2013 Share Posted May 10, 2013 As I Lay Dying has been on my top five for years, so this kinda comes as a shock. I met Tim during Warped Tour, '06 if I recall. He seemed pretty down to earth and rad. But given the circumstances of this week-long investigation, he's most likely guilty. They wouldn't have grabbed him if they didn't have him dead to rights. Consider how long a year is, then consider how long 9 years is, then consider nobody was actually hurt.
