This is very minimalistic, and as a fan and creator of some minimalistic music, I think that if you were to just add some weird sounds (i.e. people laughing, talking, screaming, crying, crows, rats, doors slamming, footsteps, etc.) this song would sound way creepier than it already does (and it's pretty damn creepy as it is).
