OverCoat Posted December 22, 2006 Share Posted December 22, 2006 This is terrible. In terms of what the NES could actually do, you're only using like, 1/5th of it. I could foresee some of the melodies you're playing working if you actually had like... another squarewave, the triangle wave, the noise and PCM channels... But you don't. You're a fan of YMCK, so you know what a chiptune is supposed to sound like. Right now it's just a boring demo of someone playing random notes on the square channel.
