  1. I made a repository for Super Mario Maker courses; just fill out the form and each entry will be recorded in the spreadsheet. If you think I might have missed something, just post in here. Here are a couple buttons for you guys to use if you want to link to the form on another website. Here are the entries themselves.
  2. It's strange, I've been on a VRC6 kick lately. I've never played any CV games and I thought I'd pick up Akumajou Densetsu just for the VRC6 soundtrack. I'm working on a SMB3 hack and couldn't help but wonder what some of the songs in there would sound like with VRC6... I could imagine maybe the final battle music with Bowser getting a VRC6 refresh. Really though, I'd be down to hear anything VRC6 related; it sounds sooo goood! Thanks for the upload! Good work!
  3. I'm also looking for someone with a spare NA code to give out. But just so you know, if you proposition me for sexual favors, I'm not going to say yes.
  4. Commander Shepard. Both male and female. Gotta be a fan favorite here. Has more than enough for a really decent moveset. Has plenty of popularity for a 3rd party treatment. ME3 was even a launch title, if that matters. The ME universe itself is saturated with items, places, people, etc. that can be dropped into Smash 4. Who's with me?
  5. Derp, my bad. Updated. I don't know how I didn't check Amazon.

  7. If you could look into my eyes when I listen to Shnabubula, you'd see an endless field of boners.
  8. Happy Birthday!

  9. Reminds me a little bit of the Wing Fortress Zone from Sonic 2.
  10. There's one thing I've heard that paints the best picture: "If you could stare into my eyes when I listen to Shnabubula's music, you'd see an endless field of boners."
  11. F-Zero AX was the shit. The arcade I went to had the rolling cockpit with the GameCube memory card slot in it, along with the license card printer. I legitimately played through every aspect of that arcade machine. Badass experience ever for an arcade machine.
  12. I don't think Nintendo producing greater-than-480p screenshots of its games is good enough evidence that a new console with backwards compatibility is the reason for such motives, much less the notion that one is in production based solely on this fact. Take for example, Dolphin; an emulator for Wii/GC games capable of producing 1080p content of commercial games. Dolphin is an unofficial work, composed with resources we readily have available to us. Nintendo, on the other hand, has all the developmental, professional, financial, and legal resources to do seemingly whatever they want with this. I'm not saying a new console isn't in the works, because it's fair to say that there is. I'm just saying that I don't think it's fair to say that the next console has backwards compatibility just because Nintendo has the ability to produce greater-than-480p screenshots for its games. It's fair to say that Nintendo has a new console in the works because of all the other (circumstantial and speculative) evidence suggesting it. The greater-than-480p screenshots of Wii games just seem to coincide with the idea of backwards compatibility with the new system.
  13. This one was loads of fun amongst friends. Wait, that's just gay.
  14. I just hope your luck with The Escapist is better than what the guys who did There Will Be Brawl had... From what I can recall, they had some issues getting their checks (even as required by their contract)...
  15. Now, I've seen quite a few ReMixes for the various Top Gear games for SNES, but how about some N64 love? This game is more obscure than it deserves to be, but it's a great game with some golden notes inside. Since there aren't a lot of tracks in this game, I'm going to cover them all, linking them to YouTube videos. I really like the mixture of the piano and synth in this track. It really does induce the visual that this would play on a showroom floor, and at the same time, it really expresses the nature of the sport. This song is catchy because of the PVC pipe instrument used. Reminds me of the good old Blue Man Group. Later on in the track, it gets into some great percussion and then a melody kicks in using another great instrument. Jungle This one has to be my favorite track in the game. This one has an oriental feel for it. It's got a great beat, and makes me enjoy this track every time I play it. The composers really did do a great job mixing all of the instruments used into a track that makes me look forward to playing a track I despise driving on. Strip Mine This track is pretty good too, because the track itself is a pretty industrial area and the composers did a really great job once again here in making the song fit the surroundings. Great synth work here too. Mountain This track I'm not really too fond of, mostly because you don't play this track so often in the game. It's not as notable as the others, but I don't rule it out as "bad". It does make you realize that the feel of the terrain on this track has shifted to some steep and treacherous roads, but only in certain parts. Coastline Here's some more great PVC/Synth action going on here, with a pretty nice bit of percussion going on as well. Also one of my favorites.
