  1. All those who stand before 'Death on the Snowfield' shall perish in it's wake. Hands down the best remix on the site, and that's not just the drugs talking. It has a beautiful acoustic part to start it off, with a background piano part, then it comes in with a... hmm, what is that? kind of sounds like a flute. Not sure, but it's cool. It's all good. Get it. Right now. Haven't gotten it yet? WHY ARE YOU STILL READING!? GET IT RIGHT NOW! 10 out of 10!!!!!
  2. Ok, so from the beginning it didn't really catch my attention, and I wasn't looking very forward to it, but almost immediately after the short beginning segment it gets reeeeeeally cool. A straight bass beat and a fast paced "wah" sound, then it brings in a high-pitched metallic nifty sound effect, along with some cute little chimes. Around 2:00 starts reminding me of Crystalis. Excellent. 9 out of 10.
  3. How someone could take such a boring song as Breezy and turn it into something so nifty is beyond me. Faster tempo than the original Breezy, with neato angelic chorus sound in the back and a cool little robotic "wah" sound. Hands down my favorite FF8 remix. Grats! 9.5 out of 10.
  4. The cable holding the elevator snaps and you plummet 50 floors to the concrete doom below, smiling all the way. Yes, this is the elevator music of the gods. If this were playing in an elevator, you'd be guaranteed to press the stop button, and NO ONE wants to stay in an elevator longer than they need to. YES, IT'S THAT GOOD. 8.5 out of 10.
  5. If I could ever live my life by a song, this is it. A gorgeous song. Everything well balanced. Instead of the nay dragging along the other parts, they all seem to support each other. Guaranteed to send chills up your spin, especially around 2:50. 9.5 out of 10.
  6. OooOooo, makes ya wanna get up and shake ya booty with it. Reminds me of Prodigy. "You're no good for me. I don't need nobody!" Weeeee! It's got a classic bass-clap rhythm to the percussion and a nice, fast-paced lead rhythm to it. 8 out of 10.
  7. This song truly touches me... It's a gorgeous song, and inspires these really beautiful Christmasy feelings. Hey, it's a Christmasy song, why not? Ah, brings back so many memories and makes my heart ache, brings tears to my eyes, and makes me want to go out and drink egg nog with the family all at the same time. I dunno, maybe it's just me, but I just love Christmas to that point and this song just makes me remember so many things about old Christmases. DOWNLOAD IT NOW. 10 out of 10.
  8. My hat is off to Children of the Monkey Machine for even venturing into this area, and my soul to him for coming out alive and with such a sweet remix! I don't know how you did it but you did. Not really any way to explain this mix. Get it! 9 out of 10.
  9. One of the greater songs of our generation! A true classic! Cherish it forever! 10 out of 10! Perfect! And if you don't like it "I'm here to say SCREW YOU!" Got it? Good!
  10. "I am machine, vastly superior to humans." Sounds about right. *pets his computer* Good kitty. Just what I was looking for tonight! Nice electric guitar and that metallic synth guitar sound. Niiiiice. It's like Ozzy Osbourne... but superior to humans. 8.5 out of 10.
  11. I have the utmost respect for Zeratul (and Starcraft... and Crono Trigger) but I'm bored out of my mind right now. It just doesn't have much of an edge to it. bass bass bass.... bass... click click.... booom BOOOOM. Ok... enough. The weird little laughing sample is a nice addition though and actually adds quite a bit to it. 6 out of 10.
  12. OooOoOo, a very pretty song. Something to fall asleep to, but in a good way. I just love the clash between the acoustic and electric guitar. I can imagine them going at it with broadswords in slow motion. Bwarharharhahrahrharharhhrahrharhahrar. Very nice. 8.5 out of 10.
  13. This is one of those times when my patience factors into my judgement. I wish I could appreciate this remix more because it is beautiful, but after the first few minutes I just got bored with it. Download it if you want easy listening and something that you can listen to for a long time. A long time indeed. 7 out of 10.
  14. Gah, I love this remix. I even love the title. What a beautiful title. Of course, it could also be referenced to a stalker...... but hey, stalking is plenty fun. Right?.. Right?........ Nevermind. I love the crazy little drop of the bass at the end of each bass run, like they pushed an amp off of a cliff. Bwarharhraharharhahrar. I'll have to try that someday. And the "huh", "what", and "<insert whatever that was he said here>" are just delightful. 9 out of 10! WHOOP!
  15. Sounds good. Not really what I was looking for in this mood, but I'm sure I'll love it tomorrow morning! *claps his hands with it and gets down with the Latin beat, yo* 8 out of 10.
