  1. From what I can tell, the voice samples in that one section are calling out different colors of bombs: "Shiro bomu" (white bomb) "Aka bomu" (red bomb) "Kuro bomu" (black bomb) "Ao bomu" (blue bomb) And of course, the other samples are "Bomber Man!", "Hyper Bomber!", "Speed Up!", and "Yatta!". Of course, this is from someone who knows only a little bit of Japanese, so take it with a grain of salt...
  2. I posted something on the same topic in this thread before OCRemix redesigned, but it seems to have disappeared... Anyway, I too much preferred the soundtrack from the 16-bit version of Sonic 3D Blast/Flickies Island to that of the Saturn version; it was indeed catchier and, overall, more Sonic-like, for lack of a better description on my part. Good work.
  3. Incidentally, the contributor is right about the tune's origin. The same tune is used in the opening storyline screens and-- as DarkAura points out-- the Panic Puppet Zone, in the Megadrive/Genesis version of Flickies' Island, a.k.a. Sonic 3D Blast. That version had a completely different soundtrack to the Saturn and PC versions, as has been covered on OCRemix under the appropriate title; personally, I prefer the 16-bit version's soundtrack...
  4. I'm a fan of Daft Punk and ELO... so of course I'm going to be giving this one a big thumbs up. Awesome work.
