  1. WOW! I've only downloaded the first two tracks so far but all I can say is WOW! You guys are incredible...thank you so much for sharing this with us! I've informed a few communities I'm involved in so I'm hoping they'll hear these wonderful songs too!
  2. You actually froze the system? Damn. Were you playing the PlayStation version or the older one?
  3. Oh! Ha, so did you ever beat him? I've tried so many different tactics but he wipes my party out everytime.
  4. I'm glad I'm not the only one here who had trouble with this jerk. I never got Ashton the first time around, though. My party had Rena, Dias, Claude and Celine if I remember correctly. I think someone mentioned that having Opera in your party was a big plus for that battle, but I never got her either. Sorry for the misspelling. I haven't played the game in about...five years? I had a feeling I was off a bit.
  5. Indalecio from Star Ocean: The Second Story was the worst for me. I never beat him and I must have tried hundreds of times.
  6. Ha ha! I like this a lot! The title is perfect, by the way! When the song first starts it reminds me of a movie soundtrack...it definitely has that feel to it. I'm also reminded of the highway chase on disc 1...one of my favorite parts of the game!! Good work!
  7. This is GORGEOUS!!! I love it!! The piano work is great and the little wind down around 1:39 is a nice touch. I also like the little trick with the beat at 1:50 as well! The acoustic guitar is so soothing... You've done great work here!!! I feel like I could just go jump into a game and wander around in a forest or something, heh!
  8. This is FANTASTIC! I can't believe I haven't reviewed it until now. Ah I'm embarrassed! From the opening beat to the piano, I have to say I love EVERYTHING in this song. The quality is excellent as is the genre. You don't have to be a fan of Mega Man to appreciate this!
  9. When I saw the title I didn't know what to expect. At first I thought of the drink Tang...but that didn't quite go with FF8 to me. So I decided I'd download it to find out! The piano intro is neat but then the real fun starts around 0:50 with the shaker. There's even handclapping! WEE! I think of France everytime for some reason! A great catchy tune that also reminds me of summer and how I wish it were here now.
  10. I downloaded this before I even bought the game and I loved it the minute I heard it!!! I have to admit that I actually prefer this version of the song over the in-game music! The echoing piano and catchy bassline are PERFECT. I hope we're lucky to get more remixes like this from Dev in the future. I recommened this rearrangement to any Dark Cloud fan. It's a nice, calm remix for anyone who's looking to kick back and relax.
  11. WOW.... I'm floored...this is so beautiful and professional...I really don't know what to say! I could leave this on for hours and be happy!!! EXCELLENT REMIX!!! I'd like to hear more like this!
  12. I wasn't expecting what I heard in this remix, but I really adore it!!!! Using the prelude with Aeris' theme was PERFECT!!!!! This is definitely a must have for any Final Fantasy 7 fan, or lover of piano arrangements in general. Great work!
  13. Let me begin by saying I LOVE THIS!!!!! I've been listening to this mix repeatedly, but the first time through I was already smiling like crazy. I knew I had a wonderful addition to my playlist right then and there! Although this is a Metroid mix, it reminds me of playing Galaga on the Atari. Just floating around in space, shooting stuff...those were good times! (But don't let that fool you, it isn't a chiptune or anything like that.) I highly recommend this to any fan of Metroid! You won't be disappointed!
  14. I found this when I was downloading Piano Quartet Boss Battle Medley for the FF series and I'm happy I decided to grab this one too! It starts off quiet but then launches into a fast-paced tune that you'll want to listen to on repeat. I have to hand it to you, Reu, you sure pick some great tracks for piano solos! I'm looking forward to more rearrangements from you in the future!
  15. I LOVE the waves in the background...they're such a nice touch to a soothing mix. I'm glad you keep them rolling in the background when the other instruments come in. The fade out is beautiful as well. Excellent work! This makes me think of sailing out on a clear day to wherever the waves take me. Okay, in a perfect world maybe, but not this one. It's too dangerous.
