wow so... Quake II, SMB, Castlevania:SoTN, Silent Hill/Resident Evil, Metroid Prime etc all sucked wet donkey balls..?

How ass-backwards the guy is... Bitter fool is more like it...

Maybe he was eyeing the PS3 too much along with their PRs. :lol:

Nolan Bushnell is like the John Kricfalusi of video games. He rants on about how nothing past a certain point is worthy of existence and is "trash" but anyone with even a little insight can easilly see its not so much an opinion of any validity as it is basically disguised personal anger at their respective industries.

He's just angry.

I can see how the guy who invented video games 35 years ago would be completely out of touch with what people these days like to play. He's probably mouthing off to promote his restaurant anyhow.

Spacewar! was the peak of the game slope.
Actually, Spacewar was pretty sweet -- much better than Pong, Space Invaders and Breakout IMO.

This guy needs a big fucking glass of Mega Man 2.

Agreed. That and some Starcraft.

I wonder if Bushnell ever played Pong 3-d (the PSX remake). It's surprisingly good.

No game comes close to the awsomeness of Wonder Boy in Monster Land PERIOD!
