Just sayin, about fucking time. Feel bad for you previous G15 owners. Unfortunately i work too much to make hardcore use of it (GUILDWARSLOL).

Fuck you! Old G15s are just as sexy!

Meh, I prefer blue anyway. Maybe if I break this one like I broke my last g15 I'll get another one.

For the record, you can only get one mug of tea on a G15.

Google is easy to use, but pics are always nice.

While the G15 looks really cool, I'm more than satisfied with the keyboard I bought for my laptop (my laptop's "D" key stopped working). It's not quite as fancy, but it's stylishly simplistic, and it was only $20 with the google checkout deal at Buy.com. It's slim, light, and it isn't clunky like desktop keyboards, but it has feels more "crisp" than a normal laptop keyboard.

Am I the only one that thinks that apple keyboards are butt-ugly? ( http://www.professional-pr.info/Apple/Bilder/ExpoParis2003/Apple-BT-Keyboard.jpg)

Just terrible. My university has few of these Macs and at first, I was happily supprised. Then I was lightly anoied, when I found out that I didn't know how to operate the system. Well, this was someting that I could still live with. Lean something new everyday and so forth. BUT THE KEYBOARD!!! OH GOD!!

It seems like nearly everything Apple has released within the last few years looks like a lifeless, white, shell of a product.

No, they are terrible. More than that, my fingers don't work properly on them. My fingers DEMAND large chunky keys to press, not these little tiny nodules that barely depress at all.

Second best damn keyboard ever (http://www.thinkgeek.com/computing/input/8396/)

The first is one of those ancient keyboards that was made in the '80s and was built like an effing tank.

I've seen that no-label keyboard before...and it still looks just as bad-ass.

Not to try and steal the thread btw, but does anyone have any recommendations on a killer gaming mouse?

I have the Logitech MX518, which is basically the optical predecessor to the Logitech G5. I bought it before the G5 came out, but it is still awesome. I would probably go for G5, because it's cheaper, and Logitech is awesome.

Mirroring Apple itself as well as its zealots.

It's brilliant, actually. I was effectively forced to learn to touch-type as my typing teacher held a notebook over the keyboard above my hands to prevent me from seeing the keys. One hour of that worked like a charm.

A label-less keyboard will force the same restrictions on people, forcing them to learn the key positions and memorize them.

Get the Razer Deathadder. It's so comfortable compared to Razer's other mice since they are meant for right and left-handed people. Not saying the Logitech's are bad though :P

Yeah, I haven't looked at mice for awhile, so I missed the Deathadder, which, apparently, would definitely be the mouse of choice if one were to go with a Razer. Personally, I cannot imagine a mouse more comfortable than the Logitech G5, it feels amazing.

Exactly :-P. Though anyone who has a Windows key on their keyboard can say goodbye to that key by disabling or remapping it with this VERY handy free application:

Personally, I made mine into another control key.

No, I like my keyboard shortcuts in windows. a well-coded game would automatically disable it anyway.

The windows key is the most useless key regardless. I can easily just click the start menu as fast as I can push the button for it.

I actually use the windows key very frequently to access the start menu from fullscreen apps

And there are windows shortcuts with the key. Like windows+d goes straight to desktop.

Wow, that's pretty cool. The mouse would probably be uncomfortable, but the keyboard seems pretty cool. I looked it up, and apparently you can buy it for $20 http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=woodkybmou&cm_mmc=geekmail-_-newarrivals_html-_-19jan07-_-naproduct&AID=10439518&CJPID=1992680
I don't plan on getting or anything, but that seems like a pretty good deal.

Saitek has a new keyboard and mouse out. $80 for the keyboard, and $60 for the mouse, ouch.
