Hi there,

Well i submitted this remix months ago but i haven't seen it yet on the
judges dicission board.

Anyways, this is a Remix of a NES game called Low G Man its kinda rare and
its also an original platform. There are no NSF files or Midi files
available for this game on the whole internet, so i used an emulator to
record a wave file from it.

Here is some info about the game:

Released: 1990
Published By: Taxan
Developed By: Taxan
Platforms: NES
Genre: Action
Perspective: Platform, Side-Scrolling

I've attached some screenshots of this game in this mail.

Here is the link. Hopefully it should work. If Angelfire's bandwidth is used up you may have to try again later.

I hope you like it.

Take care.

woah...first thing that hits me are the bad notes played by the background synth...really jarring.

:40 wobbly synth doesnt do anything for the feel of the song.

hmm....so far i have heard several really short lines, maybe two bars each, repeated four times, switch.

a lot of the synths are jarring.

it is also really long and really repetitive.

some decent bits, but it just goes on for too long, and it seems like the mix could have been organized better.

Lots of stuff going on here, so I can't tell what is off-key, but some stuff definitely is. Too many layers!

The part that starts at 1.23 is good, but even that just repeats a load of times before going back to the main chaos.

The ending was very unsatisfying.

Wow, I really like the synthitude goin on here.
The style at 1:00 is really nice.

The beat is pretty damn good. Breakin away from the lame kick + hat crud for once.
I really like the kick. Something thats active and dancy without waking up the neighbors :D

This would have been a yes from me, but there is definately an amount of off key goin on.

NO

Please work out those off notes and resubmit. I'd like to see this get on oc. Its nice!!

The question of what key certain parts of this is in should be addressed.
Past that I think all that needs to be said has been.
