What DnB Track Is This?

Hey guys, I'm not really sure where to post this question, but I figured this was the right place to ask. My brother's been dying to know which artist or possibly which album this DnB track was made by. I have the track down below. He'd greatly appreciate it if someone had the slightest idea. I believe the tune's relatively old so it's nothing that recently came out.

Hmm, sorry but it's nothing I've heard before. Yep, sounds like it would've been produced in the early 2000's since current jazzy/funky dnb sound doesn't have as much emphasis on broken beats.

I'll cross-post this in a different forum where other dnb fans can ID this track.
