hmm...there's very little variation throughout the whole song. the song is five minutes long, so the repetition is very bad. there are a number of direct game samples that really dont work terribly well, and the orchestral stabs are quite akward. this is really just aching for some development. right now, all it has are a bunch of key changes. really not enough.

Vig is right. This is 5 minutes of repeating. Key changes is the most this song offers along with pretty cool percussion.

Cut it up and make it more than a repeating monotonous track.

now if it was around 3:30 in length it could probably work, but 5 minutes is really pushing it.
i don't know the original at all, but even assuming it's a clever interpretation, this still doesn't have a lot to offer to the listener for reasons explained by vig & prot.
