Right, this is a pretty old wip and it got shot down by the J's for balancing issues (Leads not being loud enough). Now I've redone the mixing a few times and I've come up with what is IMO a quite decent mixdown, though I could always use some more feedback about the production.

Bass drum is too loud, WAYY too loud. You've destroyed it. Ughh :( Turn that shit down. But before you do that, why not reduce your 400dB gain at 80hz and see how it sits??

Gotta agree with SnappleMan about the bass drum, it really seems like it's eating up more than it's share of the soundscape. Makes it hard to concentrate on the other instruments. This on (decent) headphones, with proper speakers it's probably worse. Should be easy to fix, I hope!
This really isn't my genre, so I can't comment much on other stuff. The brief layered guitar lead at the end did catch my ear in a good way, though. I liked how that sounded.

Ha, I guess I'm pretty much deaf when it comes to bass/sub-bass frequencies due to lackluster monitoring, but I'm guessing it needs less bass and more click, right?

I wouldn't say more click, just tone down the extremes of your EQ, the rest of the mix SHOULD fall into place.
