Is this the correct requirements to upload a song?

I created a song with my midi keyboard, but the musical notes were created by someone else, all I did was change all the instruments such as trumpet and saw to a different instrument such as distortion guitar and overdrive guitar.

Do you mean to get it accepted as an OC ReMix? If so, your arrangement approach would definitely not (http://www.ocremix.org/info/Submission_Standards_and_Instructions) be allowed.
