Hi,
I've submitted this song once and it was rejected. Truthfully there are some problems with the levels, and it is a bit short, but I was wondering what some of you thought about it before I re-worked and re-submitted it.

I think reworking it would be a good idea. I like this track (did my request inspire you to do this?) and I feel that it isn't played enough in the game. If you lengthened it (with cause, don't lenghten it just because) and worked it into something truly awesome, you might get it approved this time. WE NEED MORE FFIII DANGIT!

No link to source, no comment on source.
Piano panning is a little too extreme. Interesting, but a bit too far imo. Drums need some serious velocity tweaks to make that beat interesting, especially on the snare. Ethno percussion -good idea, weak execution, use reverb and EQ to give them more depth. Remove piano clashes.
That's what I got from one listen. It's interesting, and I'm gonna try to mimic that pad you used in the intro some day. The arrangement is pretty (excluding drum writing), but you need some more performance in it.
The bass is way too high, doesn't have much actual bass up there, so move that.
Okay, two listens, and some crits. It's certainly worth finishing, because despite being just under 2 mins, it sounds quite complete and contained. The writing is quite enjoyable, exceptions noted above. Good stuff.

Thanks, this was my actual first attempt at any sort of remix in general and therefore my first for a video game tune.
