What games are worth buying on the vc, or wiiware?
I already bought Ocarina of Time, the original Zelda, Starfox 64, and Megaman 9
I was thinking about buying Secret of Mana, cuz I played it when i was like 10, but idk if i'd like it now

Lost winds is short but awesome... I liked defend your castle.

Also, Super Castlevania 4 is pretty sweet. And Ninja Gaiden is HARD.

Cave Story, when it is released to WiiWare. This version of the game is supposed to have a reworked soundtrack and other aesthetic differences. This title has solid gameplay in my opinion, and would be worthwhile to pick up.

Cave Story is a Metroid ripoff that turned out to be better than most Metroid games.

Basically Super Metroid > Cave Story > Maybe some Castlevanias > Every other Metroids.

And I second DKC123. Those three games, I find myself playing more than Wii games themselves. That sounds sad, but that's just how great DKC games are.

Hey I'm gonna go ahead and second World of Goo

i came across an ill-gotten wii points card or two and decided to try it out

simple, flash game quality fun, with nice looking visuals and acceptable music. neat little physics based touches, and a simple, somewhat funny story setup

even the wii cursor on the title screen is entertaining for a short while

I'll put in my hat for Y's Books 1 & 2. Once you figure out the bizarre combat mechanic (and how to equip stuff...) it becomes a pretty enjoyable, though simple, game. It reminds me a bit of Hydlide, only it doesn't suck and has excellent music.

I was gonna suggest IK+ on Commodore 64 but as far as I can remember it was only an EU VC release. For only 500 points it's a steal. When my friends are round it's played nearly more often than Brawl.
