REAPER How to insert Instruments [Help]

I have looked at the tutorials, the videos, and they dont tell you how... either that, or im missing somethng.

(Why did I have to forget how..)

So can someone help me out? iv been messing with this for almost 2 hours.

In order to add instruments, open up a channel's effects chain and click on the "Instruments" tab on the left. Then put a midi item on that track and you should be good to go.
