Help with downloading

I'd like to download some of the albums and songs on the site, but i'm pretty clueless when it comes to computers. I don't really know what a bit torrent is. Can anyone spell it out for me simply? Thanks.

Download/install uTorrent (http://www.utorrent.com/) (Windows), or one of these (http://torrentfreak.com/mac-bt-clients/) if you're on Mac (don't have Mac, so I don't know which to recommend, sorry).
Download the .torrent file for the album(s) you want from this site.
Open the .torrent file with uTorrent (or whatever BitTorrent program you installed).
Select what files you want to download and where you want to save them to.
Click start and let the program run it's course.
Seed as much as you can (aka leave the program running after you finish downloading so you can share the files with others)
