Thinking about doing a Remix of this song...would it qualify as OCRemix material since it is in a Video Game?

And it wouldn't qualify as an ocremix as it only accepts sources that were written exclusively for the games. As the guitar hero tracks weren't made for the games then ocremix wouldn't accept a remix of it. The only exception I know of is the music from the tetris games, which is traditional russian folk music or something.
