So I might as well kick off the forum with a post - as the thread title suggests, we are in need of more people who are willing to claim tracks for the SD3 project (http://ocremix.org/forums/showthread.php?t=14083). We really want to see it release this year, so let's make it happen!
The current available tracks are:
Where Angels Fear to Tread: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8BmZrhGVldk (epic plz, make sure to use parts unique to this track (it becomes Angel's Fear later) - Rozo comment)
Ordinary People: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uS52j0IU1D0
Harvest November: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYVxKqTKViA
Strange Medicine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-0Vf4kVvE2Y
Frenzy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aUwi41c-xTI (bassline plz - Rozo comment)
Secret of Mana: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CEmKKLyhv6k
Electric Talk: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4V2g4tXYxeg
The Sacrifice Pt. II: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3PlgfJQ0RS4
Return to Forever: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KYrv2AoAlkE
I'll keep these updated as tracks are taken or become available.
If you're interested, contact me or Rozovian.

Isn't Usa still the co-director for this project?
And Bahamut is still the director if I'm not mistaken. This will end up well, methinks.

Project staff:
Usa, main coordinator and project director
Rozovian, co-coordinator
Bahamut (unofficially), can't keep his hands off the project
From the thread... heheh.. I was just asking because I have some work with Usa and I haven't heard from him in 2 or 3 weeks. It is a very odd disappearance, we were right in the middle of something. Also Usa was supposed to do the drums for my SD3 tracks so it kinda rests on his shoulders there. :D

I don't think I've read the regular thread. Thanks for the update and correction.

I'll take Splash Hop, if I find a male singer who'll sing and write lyrics to a punk/ska version of it.

Cool. :D I'll mark you as interested and keep the track from the list of open ones for a while. Let me know when you've found someone.

FYI, some of those links aren't to the right songs. See the OST/archive name mixup mention in the project thread. Will post corrected links when I find the time.
(note, this should only concern some of the fight songs, like Secret of Mana linking to the track that's actually Obsession, ie Sixto's posted sd3 track)

Am bored and thought I'd bump stuff.
I mean, I'm tired of waiting for ppl to start handing in their wips (and wavs, plz) closer to the deadline.
I mean, we still have room on the project. If you make me happy (wavs and wips make me happy), I'll make a project preview thingy.:D
In other words... Bump.

Wish I had more experience, would love to join you on this, but saddly I'm not nearly good enough yet. But I will follow you all on this and I look forward to what you all come up with.

i'm listening through that list right now, I'll see about getting something together if I find the right source.
LuiZa, I never played this game, so I don't know if I would be the one to do lyrics, but if you want some vocals, I could give it a shot for sure.

We've gotten a cool arrangement that needs better production. Someone with time, interest, good sounds and production skills plz contact me.
edit: Also, the list of tracks is a bit out of date.

Tracklist is still out of date. Bahamuuuuut...!!
Anyway, we need some in-game footage for the video trailers. Anybody anywhere anything?

Well shit, I've got save files with every class (and their subclasses), and it's easy to get through the game (I've gotten it down to a couple of hours, now - I've played that game a lot). Unfortunately I don't know what options I have to record with.
Give me some suggestions with desktop recorders and I'll get all sorts of footage for you, if you'd like (we really don't have any choice but to emulate that game, really, so it's coming off my comp).

If you've got save files for emulators, there's a built in "Record to AVI" feature on SNES9x :-) Maybe that'll help you.
