There is little interpretation of the source here however it is not a cover because many things have been loaded on top of the original stuff. The piano plays the same pattern over and over never once changing rhytmically and only rarely changing melodically. Most of the time the notes being played don't line up well with the bass and bells. In the same vein the things being layered on top of eachother are often completely unrelated and what results is a whole bunch of crowded cacophony.

Pretty much some voices of the SPC sped up and then a bunch of stuff added on top with no real effort given to make things sound cohesive or harmonized. Repetitive and obviously not interested in rearranging the melodic material. Poor.
