We have a large order done, and all backorders have been shipped.
Feel free to head over to the usual digs if you're interested. Everything, including the hoodies, jerseys, and both white and black shirts are in stock, and we have a LOT of them.

EDIT 3/15/06: The hoodie season is nearing an end, so now's the time to get in and snag one. If we get through our stock pretty fast, we may do one more re-order.
Please note, that once some new products come in, hoodies prices will be going up slightly (About $5 each). So, if you are wondering if you should get one, now is the time! Hoodie prices will remain the same for the rest of this season, but come next season, the cost will rise.
Be on the lookout for some other cool stuff though. Think vehicle... think computer desk... oh yes, PHAT OCR gear is in the works.
For now though, you know the drill. :)

Anyways, I can't believe that the shirt is actually shipping now. I completely forgot about it, and then one day (yesterday around 1:30) I get an email saying that it has shipped! I was ecstatic, and I immediately told crabsmasher (my friend, he is a member of this forum) about it. He'd known all about the problem, so he was almost as excited as I was. He'll probably be ordering a shirt he said.
It's funny, because when I ordered my shirt, none of my friends were really into remixes, and I was the only one. Now that I'm gonna get my shirt, they'll all know what it is.

Sizes larger than 2X (well, even 2X) cost a bit more to produce, and would be ordered in such... minimal quantity, it's hard to justify having any on hand. As it stands, we only order about 2 of the 2X sizes for each item, and they take a bit to sell as it is.

How would I go about sending mine back to get another? The medium hoodie I ordered was a bit snug. For future reference to those who may be ordering some, i'm 5'10" and 155 lbs. It could just be a matter of preference.
If the shippings costs there and back are too much, i'll just stick with it. And also, is the material pre-shrunk?

I was out of town, and my temporary replacement didn't mess with orders that were not straightforward. (EMS shipping is generally a red flag, and he left it for me). I'll be back and shipping Monday, so it should fly right out then. :)

Hmm. An interesting idea. I will look into getting shirt 'specs'. Not something I ever ran into really though. They are preshrunk, so they should match sizes that you would typically find in your local clothing store. :)

We did have a number of double x's. Triple's cost quite a bit more to produce and would have to have a premium charged. When spending over $2,000 on a shirt production order, we have to pick and choose. Having a bunch of XXX shirts sitting around and not moving would not be a good use of limited funds.
In the preorder time, we had a custom hoodie order option, for those who wanted a size larger than 2x, however, nobody took advantage of it. When we go to re-order again, we'll put that option back in stock for those who want to special order a larger size.

I would wait. We have not done a full inventory since the restock, so we went somewhat cautious. Come monday, once all of the weekend and friday orders go out, we'll be counting up stock and making sure things match up.
If we sell out of most of the hoodie sizes, we WILL be re-ordering again, so no need to worry. I wouldn't order a size down and risk it being too tight.

All shipments went out as planned. The hoodie supply is, well, pretty much gone. *laugh* They went far faster than we expected.
We have a couple of mediums, an extra large, and quite a few smalls left. The rest of the supply are shirts (LOTS of shirts) so hey, if you need one, go for it! :)
I will be getting more hoodies printed soon, we will take some pre-orders for non-standard sizes for those who want. The cost will be $5 more per shirt however, due to the premium we are charged for larger shirts. Once we have this ready to go, I will announce here with a link to the custom hoodie order page.

If you ordered a 2X (not sure you did, but they sold fast) really... the 2X's are HUGE. Even the XL is pretty enormous.
We can swap sizes, but you must provide shipping expenses back to us. We'll pay for shipping back to you however.
If too many people abuse this, we won't continue to pay for shipping, but we'd rather you have the right size and order another one at some point. :)

It's really, not an easy question to answer. One person's XL is another persons Medium. REally, go to the local (insert clothing store here), and try on t-shirts or hoodies in various sizes. The size that works there, is the size you should order.
I"m not trying to pass the buck or sound rude, but me giving advice on what clothing size will fit someone, is like... well, a car mechanic giving advice on where the good spots in town for dining are. Not a good combination. :)

Problem is, I'm afraid the way they define the different sizes here is not the same way they do it at US or other countries. Even here, it varies from store to store. I thought the problem would be solved if I said my height and physical type, but it looks like it didn't...

Exchanging for another product (espeically a heavier product like the hoodie) will make it so we can not cover return shipping. If you are looking to exchange for a differant product, you would be required to cover shipping costs both ways, and any differance in cost of the item.
Regardless, the time limit is not of any concern. You can make this request, I will calculate the added cost, and you can ship the shirt back right away. Once hoodies are in, one will be earmarked for you first thing. :)

Any chance you guys will get girl-sized shirts, like maybe babydoll shirts? The small I ordered of the black t-shirt hangs off me like a potato sack. I guess it wouldn't be that cost-effective to have smaller girly form-fitting shirts since most OCR people are larger males... I'm gonna modify it though to make it fit better.

My OCR hoody is holding up exceptionally well after just about a year of heavy use. By contrast, my Walmart brand, plain black hoody, which I bought at around the same time--What can I say? I was inspired by the video for Eminem's Mosh--hasn't. They're not kidding about using high-quality materials.
Get a hoody, kids. They're super comfortable, pretty stylish and will get you into conversations about (what is possibley one of your) favorite hobbies, not to mention help pay for the bandwidth you've been mooching by reloading the Gen Disc forum over and over again for hours every day after coming home from school.
I don't do that, of course. I'm a total adult. Totally. ;)
Your OCR hoody will do anything your want it to! Well, almost....
The one and only thing your OCR hoody will not do is make you a Judge.

I picked up my XL hoodie today from Leviatian personally today, and I have been wearing it all day. while walking around downtown ann arbor wearing it drew alot of looks, and "nice shirt" comments, that made me happy! this is one of the best purchases I have ever made!

Well, we have re-ordered hoodies. Lots of Larges, XL and 2XL. In addition, we purchased a couple of 3XL's, just to get the couple of forum folks who needed them.
The 2XL and 3XL will be $30, instead of $25. Unfortunatly, due to the added cost of material for these, we just can't afford to offer them for the normal hoodie price, which in comparison with what you buy in most stores or online, is allready very low.

I ordered the last medium baseball-tee shirt, and to my disappointment, it is NOT 100% cotton like ZTNet describes. It's 50% cotton, 50% polyester. Now, knowing that I live in Arizona, which is either raining heavily (a few days of the year, like yesterday) or blistering hot, and I don't want to have to sweat in a polyester shirt when I'm feeling much cooler in a 100% cotton shirt.
I'm returning the shirt anyway (don't like the look of the baseball tee), either for good or in exchange for a regular shirt, but before I do that, can anyone tell me if they got a 100% cotton t-shirt or got shanked like I did?

Ahh, you would be correct. When we got all the jerseys and everything, we only looked at ths shirt lables. The shirts ARE 100% cotton. The Jerseys are a bit lighter in weight, and thinner material, and it didn't occur to us to check. Just an honest mistake, and really... you're the first one in, well, 2 years of selling these shirts that has noticed. :) Sorry for the trouble, and I'll get that corrected shortly in the descriptions.

I am putting the hoodies back in stock. The print run will be happening next week. Please get your orders in, that way if we get a flood, we can increase our order amount as needed. Also, with orders getting put in now, you'll be guaranteed a hoodie if you missed the first run. :)

I meant to order a large only, and I think the cookies from before automatically put a medium in there that I had in my cart and I didn't notice. Do you think you can change that for me? Orders are very much 'in stone' when made. Just submit an inquiry with the order number, and request it cancelled, and go ahead an order again with the proper size.

They won't be gone. They just finished printing. Any RMA requests allready have been accounted for, so you won't need to worry about getting the proper shirt/size. :)

It's been a crazy couple of weeks here, and a TON of orders (more than we even anticipated). None-the-less, I have shipped out the first part of the backlog, about 40 orders. I still have another 40+ to go, which I hope to get through wednesday.
If you ordered on or before about the 31st of october, your orders are on the way. If afterwards, they should be going out tomorrow.
I made the mistake of not updating the order descriptions to say they were pre-order again. We tried to gather enough orders so we could order MORE than we needed and have leftover stock, although it looks like we'll sell out again. :)
Nice. I was started to think that they weren't accepting my card.

Let me really try to iterate here. This forum is NOT for store support. I check in here sometimes, but it can be days or weeks at a time between when I do. This is really for annoucing shirts are back in stock, or pre-order, or new items, etc.

If it's not on the page, it's not in stock. And they do ship internationally(That's how I got mine)
Also, it's recommended that you get a larger size than you get for t-shirts. Hoodies tend to be a little smaller in size than the shirts.

Now, knowing that I live in Arizona, which is either raining heavily (a few days of the year, like yesterday) or blistering hot, and I don't want to have to sweat in a polyester shirt when I'm feeling much cooler in a 100% cotton shirt.
I'm returning the shirt anyway (don't like the look of the baseball tee), either for good or in exchange for a regular shirt, but before I do that, can anyone tell me if they got a 100% cotton t-shirt or got shanked like I did?

Not big enough, just got mine (XL) a couple days ago (secondhand, but still new). I'm 6'1, 225 pounds, with a 36" waist, 32" length and it's pretty snug (the bottom is maybe an inch or two below the beltline). I was expecting it to be larger.
Definitely go at least 1 size up from what you would normally get.

For the hoodie, go for the large. For the shirt, you might be able to get by with a medium, although don't take my word for it (I can't remember what the shirt size was that I bought, but it was a pretty big shirt). If you're over 6', you're going to need the XL hoodie (yes, even with a 32" waist).

International orders can take a lot longer to process. Sending a shirt to sweeden is not the same as sending one to texas.
Also, it is a lot easier to get help by being polite. People are a lot more enclined to help you if you seem like a nice person. Flooding this thread would get people's attention, but it would be negative and you would get banned from OCR for flooding.
djpretzel is a human being. As such, he is entitled to vacations, and to not be here all the time. OCR is not the only thing in his life, and quite frankly, I am thankful for all the time he gives to us. By now you have pmed him, and he will be aware of the situation when he reads your pm. Keep in mind that being this site's admin, it must mean his pm box is fulled 90% of the time. His mailbox, due to the remix submission process, must be in the same state.
Leviathan on the other hand handles other business. OCR is not his main hang out. He will get your PM when he comes to OCR. Being a person with a lot of involvment with internet business, his email inbox as well must be filled with messages. He will take care of the issue when he learns of it, to the extent of what he can do.
Don't forget that the ZTNet store might have some problems beyong what leviathan can handle. It may range from a corrupt order database to a physical problem that would lead to reduced stocks.
The shirts will come in due time. If there is an known issue beyond what you have reported (which may simply be due to them waiting upon receiving additional shirts until they can ship them to you due to a higher demand and a lower number of shirts delivered to them), we will be informed as soon as leviathan or djp are informed. Issues have risen in the past, and we are quite high in the list of informed people, so don't worry.
If I remember correctly, no one is making a profit off of the OCR shirts. Every penny over production costs is invested in OCR. No one is on a beach sipping pina coladas with your money.

Ofcourse it takes longer with international shipments, but there are people in the U.S who ordered two months (check 1 page back or so),ago and haven't heard anything either.
The reason why I am upset is not because we haven't recieved the hoodies, it's because nobody will answer our questions. And I don't just mean myself, but others on the OCR forums who have ordered aswell.
I am not trying to be unpolite, but I am getting pretty angry by now, which I thought would be understandable.

Once again, the nature of an ugly beast has reared its head at the ZTNet headquarters. You all have suffered as a result, and I can't even begin to say how sorry I am for that.
Anything ordered over 30 days ago, will not be shipped, and was not billed for. Anything within the last 30 days is now shipped.
Stock status has been updated, so you can proceed with orders, and they will be shipped promptly.
Personal issues have taken a once highly motivated person, to someone who at times seems barely functional.
I have help, and with that, the hope that things will improve. Your patience and kindness it appreciated, and please, don't let this reflect badly upon OCR. At some point this will improve beyond what it is now, and I believe both I and OCR will be better for it.
Your support, the community that is, has been phenominal of this site. Let it continue, both in spirit, and financially, so OCR can live on.

Just copying and moving the content from the other Shirts and Hoodies thread that was made for no particular reason. But in IMPORANT NEWS, leviathan announced that OCR Hoodie prices are going to go up soon, so you better get a Hoodie now if you wanna get them at the current price. Here's lev's breakdown of the impending new price, followed by other banter from that thread.
The hoodie season is nearing an end, so now's the time to get in and snag one. If we get through our stock pretty fast, we may do one more re-order.
Please note, that once some new products come in, hoodies prices will be going up slightly (About $5 each). So, if you are wondering if you should get one, now is the time! Hoodie prices will remain the same for the rest of this season, but come next season, the cost will rise.
Be on the lookout for some other cool stuff though. Think vehicle... think computer desk... oh yes, PHAT OCR gear is in the works.

Yes the shop seem to be troubled. Two weeks ago i ordered two shirts, and at first i was charged on my card as like the money was reserved. But now when i checked the bankhistory the money have come back to my account. What is happening here? Am i going to be charged or do i re-order? :S The status says Pending on the store site.

The hoodie fits me perfectly around my arms and body, but even though it's an X-Large it's just too darn short. Unfortunately the length barely even reaches my waist, so often my shirt underneath sticks out somewhat or rolls up. You tall folks might want to take note on this

Let me tell you something. I got my shirt 4 months after it was initially ordered. I had to reorder back in March (3 months after the initial) and I still only got it exactly 1 month later. Also, support was nil, the guy didn't respond to PMs or emails in the first 3 months.
Then I guess it would be pretty much out of the question getting a hoody. And there's no where else we can buy these from?

We are definitely aware of the issues, but leviathan directly controls the shirt orders and is currently unavailable on a regular basis due to issues he touched upon earlier in the thread. Sorry for the problems, but djpretzel and he will have to figure out how to handle the shirt issues once he's available to look into them. Keep in mind that these issues are unfortunately affecting the whole ZTNet store and not simply the OCR shirts, so it's a much broader situation than what's going on here.

Stock number decreases as soon as you confirm your order. Its most likely that other people ordering the same product never received theirs either, they are on the pending list as well I'd guess. So dont worry, it not like you were skipped over. The orders will ship eventually, or so I beleive/hope, but a little more patience is in order. I ordered a hoodie back in March, and others had pending orders from before then too, so we're all in the same situation.
DJP is in the process of fixing the store situation... give him a bit more time.

No need to start legal action, since your card has most likely NOT been charged.
Also, it's "lawyer"(More like lolyer in this case) and "legal professional". Your brother should have known to check if a charge had been made in the first place before giving you advice that might just be worthless.
First of all, learn to read. I never said legal action, I said called the credit card company and have the charges reversed, secondly, he just told me, whats is common sense, if a company charges you, and you dont recieve what you were charged for, that could cause problems. Holy crap, calm down.
It's also common sense to check if you were actually charged.
Thing is that a lot of people these days are very happy to threaten with legal action immediately, and your post came off as being one of those cases(Mainly the "I have been adviced by a legal professional" part)
Heres the funny thing, I did check, and I was charged, until yesterday when the charges were reversed. Hey look at that, the credit card company even says they were reversed yesterday. Hmm, sounds like someone has an ass talking problem. Secondly, you read too far into it. I bet you can't take a joke either? Just drop it. But wait, no, go ahead, have the last word, i'm done.
It's more of an issue with people screaming "LEGAL ACTION" while not providing very much info. Your original post didn't mention being charged at all, which is the issue I was talking about here.

And what if I sent a money order 7 months ago? Is it lost forever and, due to the fact the my order is still pending, can I still change the size of my ordered shirt?

That would be something you would need to take up with the proprietors. Because that, can seriously become a problem.

OverClocked ReMix is no longer hosted with ZTNet and will not be continuing selling shirts via their store.
I'm locking this thread; a new thread will be created in the next few weeks with regards to our new shirt arrangements.
Some details:
:arrow: Shirt and hoodie prices will be somewhat lower than they have been previously
:arrow: The new distributor will still ship internationally
:arrow: The shirts are being produced locally in my area
:arrow: The new distributor is local to my area as well; I've met with him, he knows me, and he runs a relatively large online website that also sells games, consoles, and anime-related merchandise. He's oldschool, too.
:arrow: We will be keeping the same design indefinitely as the 'main' OCR shirt, but other shirts may follow
:arrow: For the initial run of shirts, I'm looking into doing bumper stickers as well
I will start a new thread when things solidify, but I will be placing the order in question in the next few days.
I apologize for the bad experiences some have had ordering shirts; I'm very optimistic that our new arrangement will be a significant improvement, and hope that those whose orders were never shipped or who had problems in the past will give us another shot.
