It actually won't open anything. Halfway through opening up any project it will freeze on a certain plugin or instrument eg Sytrus or Ride Cymbal. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it still does it. Any suggestions?

Is it freezing or are you clicking on it while it's loading and windows says not responding? Try waiting a little more, it does that for some of my projects.

According to task manager it's running even if i click on it, even though i can't interact with it at all. It's always freezing on Sytrus in the project i'm trying to load.

I left it for a good 10mins and nothing happened. Can anybody suggest anything? I'm losing my mind!

Does it happen when you start new projects and try to load those as well? Maybe it's one particular plugin or maybe there are too many plugins or something.

That is weird. If the plug ins you use are only FL Default, can you try sending me a project? If another comp can't open it then it's definitely the project file.

i'm willing to bet one of your tracks is corrupted. use the project recovery tool to knock out individual instruments until it loads.

edit: oh, it won't open anything? huh. you're using the newest version? demo or full? legit purchase?

This was happening to me about a month ago. Not sure exactly what caused it, but I fixed it by opening FL Studio and switching to a different ASIO driver before loading a project. That fixed it for me.
