Anyone know of any drivers you could download and install? Like an SB16 MIDI emulator or something?

there was a winamp plugin that could do that, but it sucks.
anyway, to refine your search, try to look for OPL2 / OPL3 stuff, since this was the codename for the FM chip in the SB16 series.

It also comes with complete, retard-proof installation instructions. We used this in one or two kwakfests [the VGMix midi compo!] and it was pretty fun to try out.
