I was looking at the songs that were removed and saw two from counter-strike because it has no music counter-strike has one song an opening theam but thats it but thats all it has no in game music or anything

Counterstrike now has a bit more music, but at the time of those mixes, I dont remember there being any actual music.

The fact of the matter is, the mixes themselves were nothing more than original "techno" pieces with counterstrike sounds used.

i think at that time counter-strike hadn't even been commercially released yet. or if it was, it surely wasn't out for very long (and the first commercial releases had no music whatsoever). i don't think it was until the first implementations of the steam system that they added the opening music.
