View Full Version : Super Mario World - Regular Level Theme --> FINAL VERSION

Alright, so I was messing around a little bit and started a remix of the normal level theme from Super Mario World. I thought it didn't sound that bad, so...

My question is: Should I finish this seriously and submit it at OCRemix or should I quit it and stop messing around?

That piano is wayyyyy too loud. fix that and you have a great sounding track! Keep working I vote

Sounds alright thus far, but you could do a lot more with this track to make it sound even better. I can't tell you what that is, as it's your sound and your track, but I do hope you work more on it.

But yeah, you could definitely work more on this. It needs to change into something more serious eventually though, because right now it's a well-done OLReMiX. :)

too good. it's in it's home here (OCR WIP) or R:TS.

though that's how it is currently; you can certainly work on it more for OCR.

Ok, I agree, it's too good. But it's too humorous to fit here in its current version, I think.

Ah well, OCRemix is open for anything, so why not this? At least I hope so. Anyway, I worked some more on it - or rather extended it - and I've got a second version online:

I've changed nothing to the first part, but I added some more (no real mystery where that come from). And please don't say anything about the ending, it's going to be changed, don't worry.

Small update...

From 2:48 is still in a early WIP stage though, but perhaps some advice on what to add. Here's the link:

So, probably the final version of my song. Not very much fans anymore though :wink: .

Anyway, everything's finished, I'll just polish everything up from here. Unless anybody has got another idea for the WIP that needs to be fixed. Here's the 3rd and final version:
