well, this is my first ever shit made.. I know it's lame but comments and suggestions plz :D

btw, since I'm relatively new to remixing, I got a question to fellow remixers : does getting a good sound card help in making the remixing previews go smoother (less laggy/weird static noises etc)?

While reinterpretation is always good, be sure to ultimately give the listeners what they want — to hear the tune they enjoy in full. Throughout the whole thing I was waiting for the more complex bit that's in the original tune to come along.

As it is you've only got the same several notes playing over and over which makes for a very repetitive listen, no matter how many layers of sound and all the filters in the world you add on top of it.

There are too many use of "coin sounds" and "*gru-gru-gru*" :P

You learn fast, gaggo.

Yeah, there's too much samples and they're also too loud, and the "lead" is also way too loud. A good sound card always helps, but most sound cards these days are fine... Some software doesn't even use the sound card when exporting the song into an audio format - such as Reason.

Eh, is it me, or does the melody come in a bit early on the measure it starts? Doesn't seem... even to me.

But to echo what has already been said, sampling of this level is a unspoken nono. The problem with that is, the smaples are actually giving you alot of your sound for this song, and taking them away would hurt the mix, but there's always a way to include more and better sounds for this mix.

Keep at it, I'm sure you can improve this with time.

Way too loud, and use the sound fx a lot more sparingly. You got a lot more to add to it, but keep working on it and it could turn out a decent "first ever shit made."
