Wav to Mp3 Conversion

Okay, so before anyone says it, yes i have searched already for a free audio onverter. I found many. But most of them were just free trial versions. While this might have been okay if i was only looking to convert a few my goal is to convert my spcs to wav then mp3....so does anyone know where to find a free full converter?

SPC to MP3 = Winamp
SPC to WAV, WAV to MP3 = Winamp + Lame

If you want to just convert WAV to MP3, check out Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/).

Make sure you download lame.dll (http://www.free-codecs.com/Lame_Encoder_download.htm) as well.
