ditch your ebay account and flee to Mexico

I suggest you read that, and contact who you have to right away. Otherwise, as George Carlin might say, you're jolly well fucked.

thanks but you cant retract a bid for any reason when its 4 days after you've done it, besides, you have to do it for a typo or something, and i didnt typo really

If you win, send an email apologising, saying that your mom has kidney cancer and you have to pay to get someone to look after her while working 3 jobs, so you cant pay. Mabey he'l even give you the gift out of pity.

Seriously, if you need to, just flee. You can just start a new account, so just leave it be. Who do you care more about: the auctioneer, or yourself?

It's not like you have the guy's product. Though I'd try to reason with him before doing a runner. I see you don't have any feedback or rep, so it's not a loss.

You know, dude.. the shipping's going to be hideous on that thing. If you think it's going to use up all your christmas cash now, wait until you see the shipping costs.

But, considering he's out of contact until the 29th, you might be able to convince him to let the auction slide and just re-list it.

Couldn't it just go to the next highest bidder?

This is why those under the age of 18 should NOT access ebay.

Don't worry about eBay's rules. IT'LL BE ALRIGHT! No money has exchanged hands. Just contact the second-highest bidder (http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBids&item=290062288057) and work things out.
