GIMP for OSX?

A friend of mine is looking for gimp for Mac OSX. Anyone have any info?

If I remember correctly, there is also a modified version for GIMP called GIMPshop, that is supposed to look like photoshop somewhere one the net too.

I found it easily. Just google it. And remember, it does require X11.

Yeah, I realized that. What I was looking for was one that didn't require X11. I have very little experience with Macs so it's all a mystery to me.
