Big trouble in Little Leicester UK, Reason Saving Problem!

I have been using Reason 2.5 for a while now and I decided to get Reason 3.0 as everyone was raving about it, any way purchased an oem download and it worked ok for a while and then suddenly it would not allow me to save my tracks. try to go back to 2.5 and that has the same problem now. Have I purchased a dodgey download or is it my PC. :sad: I would really appreciate some help here. Thanx

What is the error message you receive?

Thats the problem it shows no error message, just freezes, have to do ctrl, alt, delete to shut the program down. But apart from that it works correctly :-(
