hey guys, a little help please. everytime i go on a website, the font is REALLY small. i dont know what i messed with on my pc but can anyone tell me how to fix this. is it the encoding or something else? if i'm not being clear just lemme know. thanks ahead of time.

Try holding ctrl and scrolling the mouse wheel down.

Or just go to View > Text Size and click Normal in Firefox, or Medium in IE6. In IE7 it's Page > Text Size.
