Connecting PS2 to computer monitor?

Hey guys, I was wondering if there was some way to connect my PS2 to my computer's monitor? It's a Samsung SyncMaster 931b and has a digital port in addition to the typical analog monitor port. I also considered getting a TV tuner card, but supposedly that might have a lot of lag?

Any thoughts? Thanks!
