People are allowed to post requests for whatever they'd like in this forum, so long as it's in accordance with the guidelines. This includes general requests for albums.

Please do not reply to such requests with statements like "there are too many projects already" or "you need to be an established community member to run a project."

A request is just that: a request, given with the hope that it will inspire some artists to create some music. Please respect that. If you can't reply to a thread with support ("I'd like that too, that would be cool!") or with links to already created music ("such-and-such did a whole bunch of remixes from that game, here!"), then please don't bother replying.
