Distant Worlds: Columbus!
I'm going! Oh my god! I am going! To this! Fourth row from front, in the center!
YYYYESSSSS, Nobuo Uematsu will be there >.< YESSSS. Who else is going? If you got VIP tickets I'll be jealous to the limit. I'm bringing my FFXI user manual for him to sign even though I probably won't get to see him in person. Last edited by Modus; 07-31-2012 at 02:36 AM. |

Oh nice! Thanks for the heads-up! I had no idea they were coming to Columbus, that's awesome!
I will try to go as well, hopefully tickets won't sell out right away. And damn I'm going to nerd-out this August. I'm seeing Random (aka Mega Ran) the weekend before in Columbus EDIT: Here's a link too for anyone else who is interested: Distant Worlds Columbus

Yes, the Columbus venue seemed to pop out of nowhere, and another thing. MatsuriCon 2012 teamed up with Distant Worlds Columbus and Mr. Uematsu himself will be there! I'm not totally sure what the convention is all about, but it looks to have anime and gaming and coolness.

Nobuo Uematsu was twenty feet away from me o_o He had strange attire, and he was really happy to be there.
Terra's Theme and Blinded by Light left a huge impression on me live. They put everything to gameplay and CG video and it was.. perfect. |
