I however am wearing socks, and this track is rocking them.

I have to say I am a personal fan of aneurysm. This was the first track of his I heard, and I love it. The track revolves around the drums, and nice distortions coupled make this a remix I'd recommend for anyone at least to try out. The ending is perhaps my only complaint, the last 10 seconds does seem to be a bit empty IMO.

Anyone who's played SMW and loved its music should definitely download it, and I would of thought the majority of those would like this track.

O.O I know that beat anywhere!! In the beginning it's Michael Jackson's weird sound going Ah, ah, ah, ah! And near the end, it's Billy Jean's song beat. NICE way of using it. ^_^ I love this remix AND Michael jackson's 80's music.

Tasty...

I'm in love with this song... this style is beautiful.
When you mix up the beat after pretty much every count of 4... or better yet sort of without counting at all... it almost always becomes a song which grows on you.
Great song choice, excellent dark style and good integration of sound effects. Favourite sampled effect is the clicky thing at 1:30... drool... so subtle and perfect... like a pin prick. My favourite part of the whole thing though has the subtle pitch bending note on every 8 count after the song switch. Delicious delicious song. OC'ers! MAKE MORE LIKE THIS!
(For more dark, creative and delicious artists like this try Venetian Snares... I'm a big fan.) get a quick idea here...

Wow. That was really cool. Great transitions, and some really good songs from SMW to be remixed. I loved the way you added in random SFX from the game; that always makes my day. "Great stuff, worth every nanosecond of the download." Very, very true. Good job, man!

Dude, I'm lovin' this song. The samples that you used near the middle were just absolutely astounding, considering this whole song is done in 96kbps quality. ^o^ There was one time my last semester when I was still a Sophomore in high school I brought my cd player and a cd with this song on it. It was during third block. Arts and Humanities. We were watching a movie for the heck of it because other classes were behind of us, so we watched a movie to pass the time and allow the other blocks to catch up with us, so, I was bored and I decided to pull out my RCA $56 cd player with MP3/WMA compatibility. I was listening to this song and a girl to the left of me asked what I was listening to. I told her some kind of geeky response, such as: watch the movie. shh, you're loud. Or something of that nature. She wanted to listen to this song. I gave her the headphones. She listened for a while and asked me if I got this at "pornomusic.com" I was like, "Whoa! If I ever said that on OCR, I'd get either in so much trouble or be popular like metroid684!" So, now I've decided to tell you that someone actually thought your music is porno music! lol Really, I don't care what it sounds like to me. This song is so awesome yo. I give this a 94.7. Take care!

HECK yes!

Don't know why I haven't already reviewed this but I just love this song!

Aneurysm's taken the best songs from the game and molded them together to create this exciting work of art

the song is packed with variety of beats and instruments its great

that intro riff is just so interesting, i remember it from the game but it sounds 20 thousand times better here for some reason

theres a cool little pick up at 0:08

cool little pause effect thingermajiggers there at 0:35 but it jumps to the forest part too soon, or the transition could have been better

from 1:05-1:22 its great how he keeps the this part moving by adding rhythm such as at 1:14

at 1:20 everything quiets down and then it sounds like someone got hit on the head with a mallot and you can see the stars

at 1:29 the beat comes back in with some mario sounds, i especially like the spring sound and how aneurysm uses the warp pipe sound as a pickup to 1:38

1:38, love the synth instrument here and i love the drums here

1:46, nice heavy chord thingi there

1:49 and 1:58, short but excellent drums clips there

2:28, all the instruments back off for that lil riff thing, the drum clips here are just effin terrific especially at 3:32

this song is great but like the above guy, i have a problem with the ending

i like the instruments that sound like theyre sighing but the drums just cut out too soon

then my winamp starts to play vanilla extract witch just sounds too awkward right after hearing dark reaches
