Headphone Recommendations

Looking to buy some new headphones and figured there's no better place to get suggestions from than here. Thanks in advance.

I recently bought a pair of Sennheiser HD 280 Pros that have served me nicely, and I know there are some others on OCR who have these (as well as another friend of mine), and all give these headphones a thumbs up.

Sort of out of the way, and most people don't even go in that part of the forums... so I'm not surprised if you didn't know about it.

Maybe it needs to be moved to Help and Newbies or something?

To be fair, he's not necessarily asking for headphones for remixing.

But you're right, I should've moved this.

What do you need headphones for?

Casual listening, maybe Sennheiser PX 100s? Song mixing, something a bit higher end like AKG K240s or Sennheiser HD555s.

I use Sennheiser HD202s. Cheap, but great sound quality - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16826106306

From what reviews I've seen on that model, they're supposedly real small... is that the case..?

Small? I wouldn't call these small headphones.
