I really enjoyed it. I liked the tempo changes, and the melody is a nice one to begin with. I also like the instrument choices a lot, the quality sounds pretty good. The middle-easternish flavor really adds to the peice too.

Overall, 8/10

well yeah...one of them is 'dillninja', but the other two beats I use are pretty much mine (as in, one is a rex loop that I sliced up a modified, and the other is some soundfont).

Anyway, thanks for the comments!

Cool man!
So did you use 2 music programs for this track?

Hmmm lemme guess...
Reason and Cubase? or
Reason and FruityLoops?

Really great song, I especially like the choral part in the begining a lot of metroid remixes I've listend too seem to lack that.

At first I said to myself, "hmmmmm....I know I've heard this before..." then I looked at my music folder and saw the Relics of the Chozo folder I have. I said, oh yeah, THAT's where I heard it.

I liked it then, and I still do now...full of energy, plus the Norfair theme is my all time favorite Super Metroid song.
