omgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgom gomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgo mgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomg somewhere I have like, hand drawn charts and graphs and a ton of crap from the second one because I just played the crap out of it and then I bought the GBC one and my spirit was -crushed- and then they announce this Oh god could they actually be LEARNING? Seriously the GBC one was a huge stinky pile of poo and it was even WORSE compared to the second one which was incredible.

People have mentioned this in #ocremix for the past two days - the only thing I'm a bit worried about is how will the action-RPG changeup work out for the game.
Definitely stoked though, but that shouldn't be a surprise considering I'm running a Lufia project  .

This makes me think it'll be more like Lufia II: Alternate Rise of the Sinistrals than a simple remake of the original. A reimagining, if you will - like NSMB was to SMB.

Does it kind of bother anyone else that Square-Enix is doing it when they've never touched the Lufia series before?
I don't think anything of it, it just really sticks out at me.

I didn't think that I would get another DS game until they remade FF6...

I don't see much use in remaking Lufia 2. Why not do 1 first? I loved the hell out of 1.
