this mix is full-on bad-ass! you've come a really long way LuIzA, i've always loved your remixes, and this one is no exception.
Great programming and guitarplay! Top Notch.
also, i love how the lead guitar somewhat feels like it's in the background.

sidenote:
did anyone else notice that this is the 100:th chrono trigger remix on the site? ^^

that was intentional actually. I was hoping placing the lead a little to the back would draw attention to the rhythm guitars.

sidenote: it is??

Taking into account medleys with Chrono Cross and other games, yes it is. Just by itself though, it's only the 93rd.

I like how varied the remix is. As has been said before, the individual parts are rather short, but they're long enough to appreciate them, and the frequent changes make this remix a blast to listen to.

Furthermore, I like the sound of the guitars. Right up my alley.

awesome

I first played this game when it first came out and I still remember how good the soundtrack is. Schala's Theme is one of my favourite tracks and this mix is kick-ass.

While the rest of the track is "only" great, the 0:20-31 is nothing short of stellar. Was haunting me for weeks, when I was at work, when I was outdoors, when I was in town; it just started playing in my head. If that's not a sign of success, I don't know what is. :D

I actually only played Chrono Trigger a few months ago, but I was able to identify almost every source just from listening to mixes from this site. Needless to say, I think this song is very good. My favorite version of Schala's theme I think!

Woo, this is a monster of a mix! This is just beats the hell out of the sound waves and it's such an amazing take on a source like this one. 2:04 to 2:45 was just plain vicious, I loved it! And to follow it up with a little lighter but still tough as nails breakdown was terrific. And that ending is a nice way to go out, with a bit slower but still hitting hard. LuIzA's stuff never gets old. Recommended by far!
