No, this is NOT Kingdom Hearts 3. But it leads into it. The next game after this will be KH3, and it will also spell the end for Xehanort.

Also, Neku's only in this cuz he was designed by Nomura, so it makes sense. I doubt they're gonna start adding in whatever they can. Plus, this takes place in the realm of sleep, so I doubt Neku will be a new recurring character.

More than likely, he remains within Traverse Town for the entirety of the game.

True, but they're Final Fantasy characters.

Neku is the first non-FF non-Disney character to make an appearance in the series, and it's only cuz Nomura designed him.

Also I played KH2, and I beat KH2 like only a man can beat something he loves, and I'm pretty sure that game had an ending that seemed final. KH3 will be a spinoff with new characters? It will be on the ps3? Where do you get your information on this?

Seifer was from FF8. Setzer was FF6, but designed by Yoshitaka Amano. He got a makeover in KH2.

Also, did you forget the letter that Sora and Riku received at the end of that? The end of Re:coded shows exactly what was in that letter. Which means that the end of KH2 had finality for that game's events, but there is still more on the horizon.

As for KH3, all we know about it is that it will be the end of the Xehanort Saga. And that's only because Nomura was kind enough to say that.

You can't really doubt a source if said source is the main guy behind the series. That's like doubting Shiggy when it comes to Mario or Zelda... or Pikmin...

Seriously, the only thing that's been done in regards to KH3 is probably the story. And not fully, just barebones to see how it'll end the Xehanort Saga.
