Wow. I'm quite unhappy now that I missed the chance to become part of this last year. I got caught up in working three jobs, and just didn't have the time or energy to ever finish the tracks I said I would. There's some really great work here - the expected gem from Vurez, some great scratching FX by José that I could never manage to transfer from turntables myself, V's managing to keep a traditional Japanese feel to the E. Honda stage, and BrainCells and Akuma J lending their signature sounds to make a Ryu mix that's actually different from the others out there. Thumbs up also to Eternal Testament, who did some quite impressive things with Akuma's track. It's easily one of my favorites from the game, and he did it justice =)

Looking for someone to collab on some Street Fighter II songs. Some oneshot clips are here: Trying to go for a Sinatra kind of vocal sound for Ryu's Ending. Didn't come out quite right, as my usual vocal style is screaming =/. Did a little diddle on violin to give an idea of my sound if anyone wants some real violin work done on Vega's Ending. Yes. I know it's slightly flat, but .. :/. Oneshot. Oneshot. Oneshot. Um.. Balrog's Theme. I can NOT translate this into English without sounding outrageously corny :/. Not that it's not corny in Japanese, but.. less so. :/ Anyways. Standard's not exactly professional on these because I just ripped them out one after another. B I also want to do a Chester Bennington-style song for Gouki's mix.. slightly creepy, with random screaming . If anyone wants to collab with me, get in touch. Cheers.

Heh. I also want to do some slightly creepy Chester Bennington-style vocals, but.. the only stage that could come close to that style would be Gouki's theme. Someone wanna do an arrangement of that with me?

Heh. Finally got a few hours free. I was listening to the Ryu's ending the other day and, to me, it was just crying out for some lyrics, so I scribbled some down. Five minutes ago, I noticed there's already a song submitted for it . Oh well. I'm going to record some violin for vega's ending, vocals for ryu's ending and for balrog's stage in the next five minutes. They're all gonna be one-shots, though, so don't expect too much :/

Haven't dropped out, just busy with getting ready for university and finding a place to live. Still working on those lyrics - translating them from Japanese isn't working as smoothly as I'd expected. Hopefully I'll have something to post next week.

Not quite sure of the exact genre - something between jazz and rock, I would say. If you're interested, I could record a clip and send it to you.

Hm. So my turntables are fried, my mixer's crapped out, and my keyboard has no electrical input at all. >.> This is just wonderful. However, my mic still works - anyone up for a collaboration on Balrog's theme for the project? I have a rough outline for vocals in mind, if anyone wants to do the instrumentation.

I don't have any problem like that on my FL. I'd suggest reinstalling FL . Sounds like one of its data files is corrupted.

Does anybody know where I can get some good free wood/bamboo flute soundfonts? My shakuhachi font is only at 22k, and it sounds a little mechanical :/.

Pretty n00bish question, but I can't figure it out. How do you rearrange the piano roll? Esp. adding in empty spaces?
