Well, I've never recorded anything but there's a couple of ways:

If you have a ROM of KSS, you could run it in Snes9x which has in a few built-in recording features that you can then encode and upload. It's kind of glitchy though :\

If you want to record off of your TV, you could always use a TV tuner card for your computer and then use something like Hypercam to record it straight off of your monitor. The only problem here is that TV tuners can be kind of expensive.
