Hadman HardKnuckles (1 version) + Into the Fray links.

I don't know which version it are (I don't have the other versions). Which version do you have. I have a version which is 4:45 long. I can upload it but I think you already have this version.

Also Saunders thanks for uploading the GameOver song.

Awesome thanks for those! This Hard Knuckles version sounds the same as the one I have, except it's not cut off at 3:06 (also it's 192kbps vs. 160kbps for the version I have). Glad to have a "complete" version now! Does anyone know if the "2008" version is this same, complete version, or does it sound different / use different instruments / different mix??

As for Wily 3 Impendium the version I have is 4:46 long / 192kbps (approx. 7MB). Anybody have any info on this other version mentioned by Kadanos?

    Thanks guys!

  2. I uploaded everything I could find of Disco Dan here:

    Bubble Man Funked Up (112)

    Zelda:

Triforce Majeure (OCR, he won't make a new version)

    Braving Tal Tal heights (same)

    Donkey Kong Riptide

Trying to complete my Disco Dan collection. Thanks everyone for posting various mixes and things, I didn't realize I had missed so much Mega Man. It's like discovery a trove of never-before-heard mixes for one of your favorite artists!

Unfortunately, Kadanos' mediafire link is dead - does anybody still have and/or could post up the following?

    • Hard Knuckles remixes (both - first mix and final 2008)
    • Wily 3 impendium (both versions - are these different? I have only 1)
    • Into the Fray

Also, is the first Hard Knuckles mix "incomplete"? The version I grabbed from this thread is 3:06 long and just ends abruptly. Wasn't sure if incomplete or file corrupt.

  5. There might be one or two releases every 3 or 4 days, so on average there might be 10 new mixes each month. To make a torrent every month just to update 10 songs might be time better spent on other projects.

Yeah, I hear that, which is why I was posing it as "how feasible" because I really don't know how much work it takes to setup a torrent.

According to my RSS feed there were 20 releases in January... I'd rather only have to go to one place to download all 20 in one click than to have to open all 20 pages and go to the Download tab, right-click save-as, etc. It's kinda like wanting the option to download an entire album instead of just 1 track at a time, even if it's just 10 tracks. Most music sites let you do this, that's all I'm getting at.

  6. Hey Guys,

Not sure if this is the right forum, but I had an idea to run by the fine people who run the site.

As a long time fan and supporter (10 years! wow...) I just want to say thanks for keeping this place not only running, but always improving. So my suggestion below is only along those lines and by no means is a complaint!

With a lot of releases over the course of a month/year, and somewhat randomly at that, it can be difficult to keep up (especially for those, like myself, that are completionists and download every OCR release ). I have been using RSS to grab new releases one at a time, but that can be tedious sometimes...

How feasible would it be to have a monthly torrent to capture all the releases from the month and make it easier to stay current? I really don't know how much trouble it is to set something like that up, but since very OCR album gets the torrent treatment maybe it's doable?

One con I can think of, that may be why it's not been done, is that it may lessen the incentive to come to the site, read the remix post announcement, etc, but then again, those who are interested will come by anyway.

    Thoughts?

In any case, thanks for the consideration!

    Cheers,

    PhoenixWrightEF

  7. I hate to be the lone dissenting voice, but... I'm a bit disappointed. Mostly because such a large number of tracks so far (I'm about halfway through disc 2) all seem to be trance remixes. I guess I was just expecting a lot more variety in this album, especially since there's so much variety in the soundtrack.

Funny this is the very reason I am loving the first 2 discs, but then again I am partial to electronic music. To be fair, I still haven't processed discs 3 and 4 yet so I can't compare, but I have really enjoyed the cohesive sound so far overall.

  8. I've been using OC ReMix for my workouts for nearly 10 years. So much good tunage (thanks ReMixers!). Here's a few mainstays, but I have too many to mention.

bLiNd - Final Fantasy X 'White Skies' (can't believe this wasn't mentioned yet)

    http://ocremix.org/remix/OCR01441/

(just about anything by bLiNd finds its way onto my workout mix)

Disco Dan - Mega Man 3 'Blue Lightning'

    http://ocremix.org/remix/OCR00464/

Sixto Sounds, zircon - Final Fantasy VII 'Lunatic Moon'

    http://ocremix.org/remix/OCR01640/

There's also a TON of good workout material on the Wild Arms tribute album. Good place to start for some new material!
