Though, that one you mentioned just now would probably be a reference to two things, both that it's the final spell, and that it is a reference to a Journey to the moon in 1975. So, "Final Spell: 1975 Moon Journey."

Referencing a comment you made on "Devil's Advocate."

Every Single Touhou title actually has a fairly good reason for being named that way. For example: Phantasmagoria means "a shifting series of phantasms, illusions, or deceptive appearances, as in a dream or as created by the imagination" (dictionary.com). Gensokyo is known as a land of illusion, so it fits, and also explains two games.

Let's look at 2 other games.

Touhou 6, Romanized as "Touhou Koumakyou: Embodiment of Scarlet Devil." Touhou Koumakyou means "Eastern Lands of the Scarlet Devil." The title is redundant, but it still makes sense.

Touhou 10, Romanized as "Touhou Fuujinroku: Mountain of Faith. Touhou Fuujinroku means "Eastern Wind God Chronicles." Again, it makes sense within the game.

Apologies if I was rude, but I was just pointing out thatm yes, there actually is a naming convention, and each game's name fits into the plot/characters in some way.
