Well, like everyone else around here, I have this unorthodox taste in music. I've been following OCR since it was blue. Found it by clicking on a banner link at VGMusic.com. The first mix I downloaded was 'Meteorave' by bLiNd.
Always up to a civil PPR discussion; I run the thread regarding The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, of which I am a member. (https://ocremix.org/community/topic/25967-the-church-of-jesus-christ-of-latter-day-saints/)
Looking to get back into composing. Currently using a Roland JW-50 (1992) for composing/MIDI, and Reaper for virtual instruments, recording, mixing, and mastering. I have always really enjoyed the sound of the software synthesizers René Ceballos released under rgc:audio in the mid-2000s, which I also own. Classically trained in piano performance and an elementary understanding of music theory and composition. Intermediate performance experience including classical piano, elementary school orchestra, high school marching band / wind ensemble. Elementary experience with synthesizer programming and DAW mixing and mastering. Strong affinity for lush sounds, beautiful chords, irresistible rhythms, and uplifting music.
