Well I suppose the speculation would only be that this project would be closed. I did see them shut down another project in the past which does not give me any reassurance this one would be any different. I hope they prove me wrong I really do but we all know the industry and what being a big name in it means.

This is the second time I have seen this company officially shut down a fan project. As much as I love some of the games they create I am going to have to refuse to buy any more from them. I refuse to support people who stifle creativity when every last one of them got their own start the same exact way. We all know that fan creations pose little or threat to a company as big as theirs. I don't really want to go off on a rant either so I won't. So all I will say is if you want change you gotta stop supporting things the way they are.

Very informative. I came to the forum just to find out the names of some good software. I have acid pro but I feel like it just doesn't suit this very well even though I am sure it is quite capable. I suppose that is like comparing vegas to after effects but it all depends on the work space in the app for me.

I figured I should introduce myself or something eh. So hello OCRemix community! I have been visiting the site for a few years now but decided to become more active. I am often inspired by the music I find here but I lack the musical talent to remix for myself at the moment. At some point in the future I would really like to pursue remixing as a hobby but for now I am involved in other things that require a lot of time and effort. I am currently involved in a few flash projects as well as other graphics oriented projects. Hence why I say my time is currently taken up with things outside of music. I do enjoy listening to a play list of songs from here while I am working on those projects and it really helps keep me motivated and moving forward with things. At any rate I will not babble on but wanted to say hello now that I have an account registered
